ACD Direct was created as a virtual call center in May of 2003 and is based in Layton, UT. ACD Directâ€™s primary clients are non-profit corporations including several PBS (Public Broadcasting Service) stations, NPR (National Public Radio) stations, as well as other fundraising organizations.
ACD Direct hires only EXPERIENCED Independent Contractors (preferably with an established business) to perform customer service in a virtual setting from your home office.ACD Direct utilizes their sister company, ACD Connect, for recruitment and certification needs. Due to the demands and ever changing needs of our clients, ACD Direct contracts with experienced individuals who are excited about the opportunity, motivated to succeed, and have an interest in contracting with ACD Direct as an Independent Business Owner.
ACD Direct staffs the Virtual Call Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Our company utilizes a team approach to help support and direct our Independent Business Owners. Each team is comprised of several support staff members to help aid and assist any Independent Business Owner in making their ACD Direct experience pleasant and successful, no matter which team any Independent Business Owner is assigned to.
