Our People and History
Accolade Support is a privately owned company located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Starting as a tightly knit group of former co-workers who re-assembled in 2001, our team members have extensive experience working in call centers, in sales positions, or as technicians. Many team members left Accolade Support competitors to join us in providing the type of customer care of which we each can be proud of.

Our Mission
At Accolade Support, we recognize that, from the smallest of start-ups to the largest of corporations, companies share the need to maximize their sales and business opportunitiesóattracting and retaining loyal customers while keeping overhead costs down. Technology will never replace the benefits of having a live person on the phone to talk one-on-one with a customer. We believe in treating each customer with the same level of courtesy, respect, and friendliness that we would want one of our own family members or loved ones to receive.
