The directors of negotiation have been involved in business for over 25 years, hold real estate licenses, have an extensive knowledge in real property, hard to find loans, and the inner works of banks and lending policies. This experience complements their ability to negotiate settlements with lien holders, banks (credit card companies and mortgage banks), and resolve various other disputes. These factors create the ability to assist the consumer or business that is experiencing financial difficulty by negotiate mutually acceptable settlements.

In 2000, the internet presence for CuraDebt was formed to focus exclusively on helping people nationwide avoid bankruptcy through debt management or debt negotiation plans.

In 2000, CuraDebt partnered with one of the largest consumer credit counseling agencies, established in 1987, and managing in excess of $100 million of consumer debt each year. Through this program, over 10,000 individuals and families are counseled each year. As a result of this partnership, you have the option of a debt management or debt settlement plan, depending on your financial and debt situation.

The CuraDebt negotiation team has settled over $100 million in consumer and business debt, and has helped hundreds of clients stay current with their bills through the debt management plans.
