About Execuscribe
Linda Yaniszewski, Founder and CEO of ExecuScribe, Inc. first opened Executive Secretarial Services in a small suite in downtown Rochester on April 1, 1989. With a 25-year history in the legal field, Linda saw a need in the community for outsourced administrative help. At the time ESS provided all types of administrative support including resumes, telephone answering, general word processing and transcription. The business grew rapidly and ESS quickly outgrew its small space downtown. In January of 1991 ESS and its then three employees moved to 1100 University Avenue. In 1996 Linda made the decision to focus on the companyís core competency of transcription and in keeping with this transition changed the companyís name to ExecuScribe. By 1999, now with fifteen employees and a remote workforce of forty, ExecuScribe became the fastest growing transcription company in Upstate New York and moved to 1050 University Avenue. In January of 2004, ExecuScribe moved its expanded headquarters to 1320 University Avenue.
