Welcome
Making a Positive Impact
Introducing Kidokinetics, the fun way to fitness that’s inspiring kids to get up, get moving and get in shape! Kidokinetics is an all around sports fitness program for children of various ages.

Our young participants develop coordination, self-confidence and, perhaps most important of all, a lifelong love of physical fitness.

. . . But to our young participants, it’s all just fun and games!

Our programs are designed to meet the needs of all youngsters. Unlike typical sports programs, Kidokinetics is structured to promote a fun and non-competitive atmosphere.

Our experienced coaches keep the focus on fun, encouraging active involvement from each child. Through their play, the children develop important building blocks for life: discipline, confidence, coordination, fine and gross motor skills, and fitness.

South Florida has been home to Kidokinetics since 2000. Terri Braun, founder of Kidokinetics, along with an experienced and dedicated staff has expanded Kidokinetics throughout South Florida. While franchise opportunities are available in South Florida, the existing locations in the area are currently run through the original corporation and serve as the foundation and model for other franchises.

Kidokinetics is the result of research, experience and a passion for developing children to their fullest potential. Terri has been actively involved in sports her entire life. Terri is a mother of three children and her greatest joy is to "build children's confidence and develop their love of fitness."

Kristin Wallin is the Director of Operations for Kidokinetics. She has been with the company since August 2002. She has previously worked in the cruise and hotel industry as a youth coordinator and fitness coordinator. She is a certified group fitness instructor with the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.). Krisitn is a mother of two young girls and knows what most of parents are looking for in a good sports/enrichment program. Kristin is also involved in the franchising of Kidokinetics providing training and support.
