In 1994, Chuck Paul and David McAleese launched A Closer Look to fill a growing need in the hospitality customer service arena for research and data that supports the creation of the ultimate guest experience. Both hospitality customer service veterans, they initially focused on offering customized, in-depth mystery shopping solutions for lodging and restaurant companies.
David and Chuck also foresaw the important role of Internet technology. George Petrick, a multi-industry software expert joined ACL in 1996. He directs the ongoing development and refining of our suite of proprietary software systems.
