About Us
American School of Jewelry started operating in the year 2000. Since its inception, American School of Jewelry has trained hundreds of students from all over the world. Graduates of American School of Jewelry working now in the field come back over and over again to refine and improve their skills.

The school is directed by Mr. Edgardo Zargon. He is an experienced jewelry designer who was the first jeweler to receive the highest certification available in the United States, becoming the first Certified Master Jeweler in the State of Florida. He was certified by Jewelers of America, the largest jeweler's organization which represents more than 11,000 jewelry stores in the United States.

Mr. Edgardo Zargon, has owned and operated a small chain of stores in the retail field as well as a wholesale, import-export company in the wholesale field of the jewelry industry.

Encountering a need of seasoned professionals, he started training some of his own employees utilizing diverse techniques that combined his knowledge transferred from his European Master trainers with the techniques and technology offered in this 21st Century fast paced environment.

He soon realized that he could accomplish a much faster and complete training through schooling his employees using his efficient hands on technique against the conventional apprenticeship methods.
