Founded in 1991, Consumer Impressions, Inc. is a privately owned corporation located in Plano, Texas.
Our goal is to provide service minded business owners with an accurate, honest perception of a customers experience when visiting their facility.
CI is committed to protecting the integrity of a mystery shopping program. This is achieved by sending a wide variety of shoppers into a facility to perform the surveys . A database of shoppers was created, incorporating access to several thousand consumers in the Southwest. With the creation of a National Directory of Mystery Shoppers in 1997, there is now access to thousands of shoppers across the United States.
To insure the quality and integrity of the information provided to clients, CI instituted Quality Control standards from the beginning. Each survey is reviewed by our Quality Control Department for accuracy and detail, and must pass our quality control standards before it is delivered to a client.
Turnaround time is also an area of focus. Steps to achieve the fastest turnaround time include internet access by shoppers to complete survey information.
The majority of our clients utilize the information gathered as part of bonus and incentive programs. To aid in this process, detailed reporting is also incorporated into our services. Information is provided to service a variety of management levels.
In addition to Mystery Shopping, Consumer Impressions has grown to provide services in other areas of market research. These include Comment Card Programs, Customer Hotlines, Media Planning and Placement, Franchise Consulting, Promotional Campaign Audits and In Store Display Audits.
