Our investment figures vary according to the size of the territory you are interested in and the services you want to provide.
Maid & Janitorial Cleaning Services
For our maid/janitorial service rights, we award territories based on the number of qualified households. The Initial Franchise Fee is $9,900 with your initial investment ranging from $57,100 to $100,900. These amounts include your initial equipment and a starter supply of various items. The ongoing royalty payment ranges from 6%-3%, decreasing as billings increase.
Carpet Cleaning/Floor Care/Air Duct Cleaning & Power Washing
Carpet cleaning and floor care are sold as one franchise right, while power washing and air duct are each sold as a stand-alone right. Each has an Initial Franchise Fee of $5,000, due in full when the Franchise Agreement is executed. The ongoing royalty payment ranges from 6%-3%, decreasing as billings increase.
Additional Start Up Costs
There are numerous additional costs you need to plan for when launching your business, such as equipment, chemicals, rent, insurance, utilities, marketing, initial payroll, etc. Once you receive our information kit and return your Personal Profile, we will send you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). The UFOC details these additional costs so you can plan accordingly.
