Med-Line School of Medical Transcription was founded by Maggie Armbruster and Toni Carlton in 1990. Med-Line is an approved distance education career school since Fall 2000 and can be conducted anywhere in the U.S.

Toni and Maggie have owned 2 successful medical transcription services, in addition to developing a comprehensive educational program. Maggie continues to be the supervising instructor for Med-Line, as well as CEO of EMR OmniScribe, LLC—a medical transcription service, while Toni is an executive for a large national service and is currently on Med-Line School’s advisory board.
