We teach writers in corporations, government labs, universities, and professional organizations, in a variety of classes.
For the last 18 years, we've written and edited material for electronic delivery (direct from disk, over networks, by email, and on the Web). We've distilled our experience in the book Hot Text: Web Writing that Works (New Riders, 2002), the inspiration for this web site.
